I also offer ongoing consultation for clinicians who want to deepen their work. My goal is more than helping you log hours. Working Together in Supervision

A Relational Approach: As a psychodynamic and relational therapist, I approach supervision much like therapy. We'll reflect on our supervisory relationship as a parallel to how you work and show up with clients. That includes exploring any transference and countertransference that comes up between us. I value your feedback, and I support your autonomy. If something isn't working, I want to hear it and understand it together.

Room for the Personal: Clinical work can stir up our own experiences. There's space here to reflect on what's being activated and how it affects your work. We all face challenges, and therapy work gets harder when personal hardships happen at the same time. You can share what's going on. I'll help you find the right support without stepping into a therapist role.

At Your Pace: I'll advocate for you and help you get your clinical hours in as efficiently as possible. I also want to work at the pace you need, so you don't burn out along the way. It shouldn't feel like a race against the clock or against yourself. The goal is to deepen your practice, build your confidence, and help you work sustainably.
